In the spirit of thinking big, a few hundred citizens met back in September at Idea Kentucky to offer suggestions on transforming Kentucky’s future.  Unencumbered by political realities or financial constraints, their suggestions ran the gamut—ranging from a requirement that all public buildings be “green certified” under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System to partnering with NASA to become the first state to launch a satellite for interplanetary space exploration.  What’s your big idea for Kentucky’s future?
